Truentity Health is building an operating system for pharmacy-based clinical care, enabling independent pharmacies to deliver chronic disease management at scale. As Pharmacy Success Manager, you will be the primary day-to-day partner for independent pharmacy owners and their staff implementing the Pharmacy Activated Chronic Care through Trust (PACT) program on the Truentity platform. You will own a book of pharmacy accounts and drive their success across patient engagement, clinical quality, and productivity metrics. Key responsibilities include conducting virtual and onsite onboarding for new pharmacy accounts, managing platform setup and clinical workflow integration, and training pharmacy staff. You will serve as the primary contact for your accounts, monitoring engagement and KPIs weekly to proactively identify and address at-risk accounts before churn. You will coach pharmacy staff on patient recruitment and enrollment workflows, helping identify eligible patients from existing Rx customer bases. You will execute standardized workflows, task lists, and training protocols while maintaining compliance with Truentity clinical protocols, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements. You will also translate real account feedback into product and operations inputs, collaborating with the Head of Customer Success on playbook development and team process improvement. This role is not fully scripted—you are expected to identify what is working, document what is not, and help build systems that accelerate onboarding for future team members. Truentity is an AI-empowered organization; all team members actively use AI tools to improve workflows and solve problems faster. The role requires traveling to visit pharmacy accounts a few days per month, plus quarterly overnight travel to company headquarters in North Carolina. This is a field-based relationship management role, not a remote call-center or inside-sales position. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, pharmacy, or directly related role - Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and day-to-day pressures of independent pharmacy owners and staff - Track record of building and sustaining customer relationships in high-touch, account management model - Comfortable with healthcare technology platforms - Highly organized; able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with minimal supervision - Meticulous with clinical documentation and customer account records STRONGLY PREFERRED: - Prior experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - Familiarity with pharmacy management software (PioneerRx, Rx30, or BestRx) - Experience supporting RPM, CCM, TCM, or population health management programs - Experience working across virtual or distributed care teams
