Pax8 is seeking a People Insights Analyst to transform people data into actionable insights that drive business and organizational decisions. This is a strategic analytics role at the intersection of data, technology, behavioral science, and business strategy—not a traditional reporting function.
Key Responsibilities:
Build self-service people analytics products, dashboards, and tools that empower leaders to make better decisions. Design scalable solutions that reduce manual reporting and drive adoption through user-centered design and stakeholder engagement.
Drive data-informed decision making by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle. Leverage data to influence talent, engagement, organizational health, workforce planning, and performance outcomes. Partner with leaders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytics solutions.
Accelerate AI and analytics innovation by leveraging AI-enabled tools and modern analytics platforms. Explore automation opportunities for insight generation and support the evolution of Pax8's people data strategy.
Partner across a global organization, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions, geographies, and cultures. Support engagement survey programs and provide strategic recommendations that improve employee and business outcomes.
Within the first year, you'll become a trusted advisor to leaders, deliver widely-adopted analytics products, and help establish a culture of evidence-based decision making across the organization.
