Salary: USD 142,000 - 194,000 / annual

Wiz, one of the fastest-growing software companies ever and now powered by Google, is seeking a People Consultant Business Partner (PCBP) to lead and deliver strategic HR services to the organization. This role will support executive leadership teams and provide expert advice and coaching to drive business objectives, with a particular focus on the revenue and pre-sales teams. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to executives on people management, organizational development, team effectiveness, change management, and employee engagement. - Collaborate on the design and delivery of HR programs that deliver effective business solutions. - Lead talent management and development initiatives for the revenue team, focusing on leader quality, workforce capability building, and succession planning. - Develop and execute global workforce plans and human capital strategies in partnership with Recruitment, L&D, Operations, and Finance. - Create and monitor regular and ad-hoc HR reports to identify trends and recommend performance improvements. - Coach managers on managing complex HR issues including performance management and total rewards. - Partner with revenue team members to communicate HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. - Drive employee relations issues to resolution in collaboration with Employment Legal, including investigations. - Understand client group strategies, challenges, and business models to provide tailored support. The PCBP will work in a fast-paced, global software development environment, supporting third-line leaders and scaling HR services alongside business growth. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in an HR Partnering role - Experience supporting third-line leader level - Experience supporting pre-sales revenue teams - Experience working across various HR functions - Demonstrated coaching and mentoring of people leaders (formal or informal) - Experience with HR programs and projects - Ability to manage performance and employee relations issues to resolution - Background in a growing, global software development environment - Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to analyze data and propose continuous improvement methods - Ability to thrive in fast-moving, changing environments Preferred Qualifications: - Experience leading global or multi-regional BDR teams in cybersecurity or cloud security markets - Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) - Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to extract insights from large datasets - Strong business acumen and ability to manage tight deadlines
