EliseAI is a venture-backed AI company (Series E, $250M raised) focused on deploying AI agents into housing and healthcare workflows. The company helps renters and patients navigate complex processes—apartment tours, lease signing, appointment scheduling, intake forms—while enabling organizations to reduce manual work and improve accessibility.
As a Partnership Integration Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical lead and project manager for integrations that connect partner systems to EliseAI's platform. You'll work directly with external engineering teams to understand their systems, guide them through EliseAI's APIs, and architect how data flows between systems. You'll manage multiple integrations simultaneously, prioritizing across competing launch dates while serving as the partner's single technical point of contact from discovery through production and post-launch monitoring.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the technical lead for partners from discovery through production, understanding their systems and workflows
- Managing several integrations concurrently as technical project manager, balancing competing go-live dates
- Architecting integrations, including data flow design and API selection, building toward reusable patterns
- Owning testing, launch readiness, and post-launch performance monitoring
- Identifying gaps in EliseAI's APIs and working with Engineering and Product to scope solutions
- Contributing to developer documentation, playbooks, and tooling; turning partner pain points into product improvements
The role emphasizes speed, autonomy, and impact. You'll work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with full ownership and minimal micromanagement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a partner or customer-facing technical role (technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical partnerships, integrations, or software engineering in high-growth tech)
- Deep familiarity with APIs, webhooks, system architecture, and modern integration patterns; ability to read and reason about code (Python or similar)
- Experience working directly with external technical stakeholders (vendor or customer engineering teams)
- Track record of aligning cross-functional teams and explaining technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to prioritize across competing deadlines and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ownership and resourceful problem-solving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
