Tessera Labs is seeking an Oracle Integration Architect to join its Center of Excellence, working alongside Tessera AI Agents. This is a specialist role focused on owning how Oracle systems connect across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
Tessera is an AI-native platform for enterprise transformation. The multi-agent platform delivers governed execution across ERP, CRM, HCM, and finance systems, cutting implementation timelines from years to weeks and reducing costs by more than half. Built on deep expertise across Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and other systems of record, Tessera addresses the scope traditionally handled by system integrators with the speed and efficiency of an AI-native platform.
Role Overview:
You will work on a multi-engagement delivery architect model, balancing approximately 70% engagement work across several concurrent Oracle customer engagements with 30% platform ownership, pre-sales support, and product input. You will work US business hours alongside customers, distributed delivery teams, and Principal Architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Oracle system integration strategy and execution across multiple customer engagements simultaneously
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams on Oracle-centric transformation initiatives
- Contribute to platform development and pre-sales activities
- Provide technical guidance and architecture decisions for enterprise system integration
- Work with distributed teams and Principal Architects on complex integration challenges
This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start date. The role is US-based and remote, with travel to customer sites as needed.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle integration, architecture, or related enterprise systems work
- Full-time, permanent employment
