Neko Health is building a new kind of preventive health clinic that combines proprietary technology with direct clinical care to deliver personalized, actionable health insights in a single non-invasive visit under an hour. The company's mission is to make data-driven, preventative care accessible before symptoms appear. As Operator Education Specialist, Launches, you will be the lead trainer responsible for launching operator education programs at each new Neko clinic site globally. Key responsibilities include: - Deliver the operator onboarding program on-site at each new clinic and market opening across the full pre-launch window - Teach and assess clinical skills including phlebotomy and ECG alongside scanning techniques - Assess each operator against global competency criteria and sign them off on each device, or extend training as needed - Scan during Friends and Family and VIP sessions so trainees can shadow real member encounters and resolve quality gaps in real time - Identify and train the local operator education partner during the launch phase - Work as a pair with the Clinician Launch Trainer and provide the Launch Manager with honest readiness assessments, flagging risks early - Run retrospectives after each launch and feed learnings into the clinic-opening playbook You will travel for most of your working time, including extended periods on-site at new locations. Success requires adaptability, directness, and calm under pressure—you are comfortable with ambiguity, build relationships quickly, hold standards under timeline pressure, and leave sites better set up than you found them. REQUIREMENTS: - Registered nurse or nurse practitioner with active, unrestricted licensure, and willingness to obtain licensure in each state or country where Neko opens - 5+ years of post-registration experience in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical setting - 3+ years performing phlebotomy and ECG, with the ability to teach and assess both - 3+ years training, onboarding, or mentoring clinical staff, including assessing competency and giving direct, constructive feedback - 2+ years running a training program or workstream to a fixed date and handing over cleanly - Able to travel for most of your working time, including extended periods on site - Adaptable, direct, and calm when a plan changes; comfortable with ambiguity; able to build relationships quickly and hold standards under timeline pressure NICE TO HAVE: - Experience opening a clinic, site, or service, particularly in a new city or country - Experience building a local trainer or educator from scratch - Instructor certification in basic life support or phlebotomy, or multi-state licensure already held - Experience with ultrasound or other device-based procedures where technique affects output quality
