Scan.com is building America's national imaging network, connecting patients, providers, and payers to faster, better-value diagnostic imaging. The company manages the medical imaging pathway end-to-end, enabling providers to order through a single point of entry while Scan.com runs the entire diagnostic pathway. With over $200M in funding, profitability, and 100% year-over-year growth, the company is at an inflection point. The Operations Systems Analyst role sits within Operations, reporting directly to the SVP of Operations. You will own the administration of systems and tooling that power operations—CRM and workflow implementation, reporting and dashboards, and automations that keep operational data accurate and usable across teams. This role serves as a key bridge between Product and Operations, translating operational needs into system and product requirements, and product changes into operational impact. Key responsibilities include: - Administering core operational systems (CRM, ticketing, workflow tools), including configuration, permissions, and data integrity - Building and maintaining reporting and dashboards for Service Delivery, Implementation, and leadership teams - Designing and implementing workflow automations that reduce manual work across operational teams - Acting as the bridge between Product and Operations to ensure alignment on system changes and requirements - Partnering with Product and IT to scope, test, and roll out system changes affecting Operations - Troubleshooting system issues and building clear triage and resolution processes - Maintaining clean, well-documented data across operational systems and owning data standards - Training and supporting ops users on new systems, tools, and workflows - Identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to recurring operational and reporting work - Using AI tools directly to build internal automations, scripts, and reporting logic The company emphasizes that AI is not a side project but core to how they work. For this role, you are expected to be AI-Native: building with AI directly, shipping real work with LLMs and agents, and having clear judgment on where humans must stay in the loop—especially critical in regulated, PHI-adjacent healthcare work. Scan.com values ambition, speed, ownership, and impact. The culture is built around the urgency that every scan accelerated is a real person waiting for an answer. REQUIREMENTS: - Experience partnering closely with Product teams to translate operational pain points into clear requirements and product changes into operational impact - Hands-on experience with AI tools for analysis, scripting, and building automations—not just AI-aware, but someone who has shipped something with AI - Experience administering CRM, ticketing, or workflow systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Notion, or similar) in an operations context - Experience building reporting and dashboards that non-technical stakeholders can use - Track record of designing workflow automations that measurably reduce manual work - Strong analytical skills and ability to turn messy operational data into clear insights - Experience developing training or supporting non-technical users on new systems and tools - Comfortable operating independently in a role spanning systems, data, and process - Proactive, detail-oriented approach with ability to notice data anomalies - AI-Native capability: you build with AI, have shipped or automated something real using LLMs or agents, can explain a workflow redesigned for machine automation, and have judgment on where humans must stay in the loop in regulated work
