In this Operations Manager role, you will be the operational backbone ensuring smooth execution across customer-facing and internal processes. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and scheduling customer appointments while liaising with internal teams and external partners
- Maintaining active customer contact via phone, email, and digital channels—from appointment booking through issue resolution
- Monitoring operational workflows, tracking tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure seamless execution
- Actively improving existing processes by identifying bottlenecks and developing pragmatic solutions
- Documenting and maintaining relevant information in CRM and planning systems, collaborating closely with adjacent departments
You will work in a hybrid setup at Enpal's Berlin-Friedrichshain office with flexibility to work remotely as needed. The company offers a modern workspace, transparent communication, short decision-making cycles, and a collaborative culture across 65+ nationalities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional experience in operations, ideally with a track record of optimizing and ensuring operational efficiency
- Reliable, responsible, and communicative; able to maintain composure under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a structured, efficient approach to process design
- Self-directed problem-solver who takes ownership and finds pragmatic solutions
- Completed vocational training or university degree (career changers welcome)
