Salary: USD 181,000 - 260,000 / annual
Cloudflare is seeking an Operations Manager for its Strategic Partnerships team. The Strategic Partnerships organization operates at the intersection of technology, media, and emergent AI business models, bridging what Cloudflare builds with executive market needs and driving zero-to-one commercial and strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between Strategic Partnerships and core internal functions including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing. You will design and run the team's operational backbone, build mechanisms to synthesize and scale external feedback into product roadmaps, and craft high-impact collateral for new solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
**Operational Infrastructure & Rhythm:** Design and scale team cadences, establish project management frameworks and tracking systems, utilize modern AI tools and automated workflows to centralize partner data and streamline pipeline management, and serve as the central point of operational contact for partner milestones and cross-functional commitments.
**Cross-Functional Feedback Loops:** Capture, structure, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights from key executive partners and publishers. Build repeatable feedback loops with Product Management and Engineering to inform product roadmaps based on partner requirements and emerging ecosystem trends. Partner with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to operationalize partner learnings and market narratives across customer-facing teams.
**Product Collateral & Go-To-Market Execution:** Create executive-ready product collateral including message houses, solution one-sheets, presentation decks, and enablement briefs. Translate complex technical infrastructure, AI Gateway mechanisms, crawler policies, and edge-computing capabilities into clear narratives for external partners and internal leaders. Coordinate pilot rollouts and partnership launches, ensuring marketing, product documentation, and collateral alignment.
You will operate with high autonomy, leverage modern AI tools to scale impact, and thrive in cross-functional matrixed environments. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical fluency, exceptional written and visual storytelling skills, and an AI-native mindset.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Product Marketing, Management Consulting, or Program Management within a high-growth tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend complex technical products, platform infrastructure, or developer tools
- Proven success in establishing cross-functional operating models and authoring external customer/partner collateral
- Experience leveraging AI platforms and automation tools to scale personal and team workflows
- Based in or willing to work hybrid from Cloudflare's San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; or Austin, TX offices
