EGYM, a global fitness technology leader, is seeking an Operations Manager to join its Operations team in Paris. This role is central to building a scalable, efficient operational platform while delivering best-in-class customer experience for EGYM Wellpass, the company's corporate fitness and wellness solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management & Compliance: Manage contract creation, drafting, and review (Supply/Legal); validate exception cases for compliance.
- Partner Integration & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end partner onboarding (API, aggregators, manual processes); configure ERP systems and validate handover documentation before go-live.
- Project Management & Process Automation: Drive cross-functional projects (Operations Partners roadmap); automate workflows and migrate internal tools.
- Process Analysis & Optimization: Optimize operational flows, document processes, and produce/analyze KPI reporting (volumes, discounts, exceptions, timelines, cash flow).
- Product, Data & Tech Interface: Translate Supply requirements into Jira tickets for BI/BA teams; escalate field issues to inform Product roadmap.
First 6 Months:
- Month 1 (Ramp-up): Master internal tools and operational processes.
- Months 2-3 (Autonomy): Independently validate contracts, pilot internal projects, backup onboarding, manage Ops UAT and Data/BI requirement scoping.
- Months 4-6 (Impact & Optimization): Challenge existing processes and deploy high-value improvements measured by KPIs/OKRs.

Requirements:
- Education: Business School degree with specialization in Finance and/or Law.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar Operations role.
- Cross-functional Communication: Ability to maintain strong relationships and synergy between Supply and Operations teams.
- B2B Partner Management: Regular engagement with B2B partners; serve as their primary point of contact.
- Requirements Definition: Ability to scope business needs and formalize them as clear Jira tickets.
- QA & Testing: Methodical approach to testing features before deployment.
- Languages: Fluent written and spoken English.
- Mindset: Rigorous, proactive, results-oriented, excellent team player.
