Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and services organization in the US, is seeking an Open Enrollment Benefits Manager to lead all aspects of open enrollment administration for clients and their employees. The company serves over 95,000 businesses and processes over $135B in annual payroll. In this role, you will lead a team of open enrollment specialists and serve as the primary escalation point for service-related and technical challenges both internally and with clients. You will manage the complete open enrollment lifecycle, including validating client benefit plans for accuracy, performing quality checks on benefits data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering client renewals with minimal oversight. Key responsibilities include: - Serving as the primary benefits contact for clients during open enrollment periods - Supporting sub-departments (underwriting, system operations, client relations) with renewal preparation - Validating benefit plans and performing quality assurance on benefits data prior to delivery - Providing guidance to ensure regulatory compliance across all benefit offerings - Presenting and delivering client renewals independently - Communicating and educating clients on all benefit offerings and products - Working directly with insurance carriers and vendors on plan-specific questions - Advising employees on benefit options and helping them navigate complex decisions - Reviewing and generating reports using internal tools to track open enrollment progress - Reviewing accuracy of employee benefits data within HRIS systems - Performing post-enrollment validation - Managing other benefit administration tasks as assigned You will need strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with HRIS platforms and the ability to quickly learn new software systems is essential. Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience leading others are required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment. You must understand project scope, timelines, and milestones, and be able to de-escalate roadblocks using effective communication and best practices. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above - 6-10 years of group benefits experience in the PEO industry (preferred)
