Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 / annual
BETA Technologies is a venture-backed electric aviation company seeking a Multi-Site Planner for Ground Support Equipment to support its aggressive manufacturing ramp and production goals. You will join a cross-functional operations team responsible for material planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination across multiple geographic locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze part-level demand plans and establish material flows to support internal and external part and assembly requirements across various sites
- Rebalance inventory to optimize production and distribution network efficiency
- Review sales orders and coordinate materials to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
- Escalate material shortages or constraints to leadership and collaborate with business partners to resolve critical supply issues
- Apply material requirements planning (MRP) and advanced planning methodologies
- Work alongside Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics teams to resolve critical part shortages that could jeopardize production schedules, flight test operations, customer fleets, or ground support
- Quantify labor, process, and material requirements to support production rate increases and growing field operations
- Minimal travel as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years direct experience in complex operations environments
- Proficiency with Excel and/or Business Intelligence platforms
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Plex, or Oracle preferred)
- Comfortable working in dynamic, high-pressure environments with strong communication skills
- Exposure to rapid manufacturing growth and startup experience preferred
- Preferred: prior experience as Planner, Buyer, Manufacturing Engineer, or Manufacturing Technician; aerospace background a plus
