ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company that has raised $781M in funding with a $22B valuation. The company serves millions of users and thousands of businesses, including Deutsche Telekom and Meta, with AI voice, agents, creative tools, and developer APIs.
ElevenMusic is a consumer music app where music is the core product—a place to listen, create, remix, and share. The team is small, agent-first, and operates independently from the main organization with rapid deployment cycles; ideas often ship the same or next day. Currently, one engineer runs the entire iOS app.
You will own ElevenMusic across both iOS and Android platforms, making mobile a driver of product strategy rather than a downstream port of web features. You'll build for musicians and creatives, think in systems as well as screens, and work with high autonomy and a high bar for taste. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll shape the mobile experience for a growing user base.
ElevenLabs operates with a high-velocity, impact-driven culture. The company uses AI across engineering, growth, and operations. There are no traditional job titles; impact is what matters. The team is global and prioritizes talent over location.
Benefits include an annual discretionary stipend for professional development and learning, an annual discretionary stipend for social travel to meet colleagues, annual company offsites in locations like Croatia and Italy, and a monthly co-working stipend if you're not near a main hub.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Shipped a well-designed, production mobile app that real users love; must be able to demonstrate what you owned
- Strong systems thinking across mobile and backend; framework-agnostic (React Native, Swift, or Kotlin acceptable), but expected to work across both iOS and Android
- Exceptional product taste and a clear view on what makes a mobile experience great
- Highly self-directed: ability to turn loose directions into shipped work and own the outcome
- Bonus: musical interest or intuition; open-source or GitHub contributions
