The Mobile Engineer role is a product-minded fullstack position focused on owning end-to-end mobile experiences. You will build and maintain Lovable's React Native mobile app (iOS/Android), which mirrors the web app's core functionality while adding native-specific features like login flows, push notifications, in-app top-ups, and haptic feedback. This is one of the fastest-growing channels for builders to access Lovable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and owning native mobile features end-to-end: onboarding, authentication, push notifications, in-app purchases/credit top-ups, and share targets
- Improving the web-native bridge that connects the in-app WebView experience to native device capabilities (keyboard handling, haptics, camera, file sharing)
- Owning App Store and Play Store submissions, managing review compliance, and maintaining release tooling (TestFlight, Play Console, Fastlane)
- Diagnosing and fixing native-specific bugs and performance issues (cold start, preview loading, crash handling) across iOS and Android
The tech stack includes React Native, TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin on mobile; React and TypeScript on frontend; Golang and Rust on backend; and cloud services via Cloudflare, GCP, AWS, and Firebase.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience at high-pace, high-scale companies
- Strong fullstack background: deep comfort with TypeScript/React on the frontend and Node.js or similar on the backend
- Hands-on production experience with React Native, including native module integration
- Experience shipping and maintaining apps through the App Store and Google Play, including review/compliance cycles (Sign in with Apple, IAP, Android policy review)
- Product instinct: thinking in user outcomes, not just API endpoints
- Comfort working with third-party services and building clean abstractions over vendor APIs; familiarity with managed cloud services (AWS, GCP) and buy-vs-build tradeoffs
- Experience with push notification infrastructure or native device integrations is a strong plus
- Track record shipping features in fast-moving, high-ownership environments where you wore multiple hats
