As a Software Engineering Manager at Armis (ServiceNow), you will lead a full-stack engineering team responsible for AMS, a core product platform used directly by enterprise customers. AMS is a key revenue-generating product and business driver.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and mentor a full-stack engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, high engineering standards, and continuous growth.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to align on roadmap goals, translate business needs into scalable architectures, and turn product vision into clean, robust code.
• Drive architectural clarity and best practices across Python backend, React frontend, and PostgreSQL data layer. Balance hands-on coding, design reviews, and code quality with execution management.
• Oversee platform reliability, performance, monitoring, and incident management using modern observability tools.
• Lead initiative-driven maintenance and enhancements to help existing enterprise clients derive maximum value from the AMS platform.
• Champion organized workflows and leverage modern tooling (including AI-assisted development) to drive team efficiency and innovation.
You will act as a key technical leader, mentor, and hands-on contributor—owning architectural decisions, feature execution, on-call processes, and practical solutions that help customers maximize product value. The role requires a sharp, proactive leader with strong organizational skills, high learning agility, and a passion for technology.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of engineering leadership experience in a fast-paced R&D environment
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with expertise in Python
• Full-stack capability: strong familiarity with Python backend and React frontend
• Strong proficiency with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization, performance tuning)
• Fast learner with curious mindset; ability to quickly master complex domains and make confident technical decisions
• Strong organization and execution skills; natural capability to prioritize, bring structure, solve problems under pressure, and lead by example
• Hands-on leader passionate about diving into code, debugging complex issues, participating in on-call rotations, and guiding the team day-to-day
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
