Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to use AI agents to write >90% of your code
- Track record of exceptional technical accomplishments
- Ability to sustain intensive work sessions (12+ hours per day) on prompt engineering and agent systems
- Background in building or shipping AI/ML systems preferred
