Neko Health is a preventative healthcare company using proprietary technology and clinical care to deliver personalized health insights in a single, non-invasive visit under an hour. The company's mission is to make data-driven, preventative care accessible before symptoms appear. You will serve as a hands-on Medical Recruiter responsible for scaling Neko's US clinical teams. This is a delivery-focused, full-lifecycle recruitment role managing end-to-end hiring across clinical and medical positions including physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical assistants, and clinical operations staff. Key responsibilities include: - Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closes across multiple clinical and medical roles - Manage a full requisition load against agreed hiring plans with precision and pace - Proactively source candidates across job boards, direct outreach, referrals, professional networks, and events; adjust channels based on response and conversion data - Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact through offer with clear communication and fast turnaround - Maintain accurate Ashby records and Workday alignment to enable trusted pipeline reporting without manual cleanup - Track pipeline performance using data, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes - Work closely with hiring managers and clinical leaders to recruit outstanding healthcare professionals who thrive in tech-enabled, forward-thinking environments The role operates in a fast-moving, high-context environment where you will have significant autonomy and opportunities for growth and development. REQUIREMENTS: - 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience with a track record of hiring healthcare professionals in the US, ideally in high-volume or multi-site environments - Proven success recruiting talent from top-performing companies, scale-ups, or mission-driven organizations - Strong sourcing capabilities with a creative, research-led approach to finding exceptional talent - Self-sufficient and proactive; comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-context environments - Working knowledge of US clinical licensing and credentialing basics - Clear, professional communication skills with clinicians and internal teams - Comfortable using AI tools to speed up sourcing, outreach, and administrative tasks, and to sharpen your own judgment
