You are committed to safety and unwilling to compromise it for speed. You are analytical, observant, and disciplined about root causes. You are comfortable with drawings, process data, and technical documentation, and can explain technical changes clearly to both operators and leaders. You are practical about cost, timing, and implementation, respectful of operator knowledge, and willing to test your assumptions. You are organized, dependable, and accountable for results. Nice-to-have experience includes metals, cutting equipment, CNC machinery, material handling, CAD, fixtures, controls, equipment commissioning, Lean methods, statistical process control, preventive maintenance, and connecting production equipment to software systems.
