MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform used by over 13,000 customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo to manage 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million completed work orders. The company is integrating with Autodesk's design, make, and operate lifecycle strategy.
As Manager of Integration Delivery, you will lead a team of integration consultants delivering client-facing implementation and configuration services. You'll oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client projects, ensure consistent application of delivery methodologies and best practices, and serve as a senior escalation point for integration-related issues. You will partner with solution consultants to align deliverables with solution design, monitor consultant utilization and productivity, and support capacity planning aligned with demand.
Key responsibilities include conducting performance reviews and supporting career development, collaborating with sales and delivery leadership on scoping and resource planning, supporting quality assurance and post-implementation reviews, and driving continuous improvement in tools and processes to identify efficiencies and automation opportunities. You'll work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of consultants
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Solid understanding of professional services delivery models and metrics (utilization, billable hours, CSAT)
- Proficient in collaboration platforms (Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet)
- Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Experience integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with integration platforms and concepts (APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Celigo)
