MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform serving industrial and frontline teams. The company manages 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million completed work orders for 13,000+ customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo. As Manager, Business Development in Denver, you will build and lead a BDR (Business Development Representative) team responsible for initiating customer conversations and generating pipeline. You report to the Director of Business Development and own the complete BDR function. Key responsibilities: - Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing BDR team that consistently meets pipeline targets. You set hiring standards and run the 90-day ramp process. - Establish a weekly coaching cadence to make pipeline predictable. Diagnose root causes of misses before they impact quarterly results. - Build and continuously refine the outbound motion: define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), craft messaging, design sequences, and manage the tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo). - Create clear career development plans for each rep with pathways to Account Executive or team lead roles, and ensure promotions actually happen. - Align with Marketing and Sales on ICP evolution, campaign activation, and pipeline handoffs. Hold both functions accountable to outcomes, not intentions. Within 12 months, your team will be fully ramped and performing, pipeline will be predictable, and every rep will have clarity on their career trajectory. MaintainX's mission is to keep the physical world running—factories, fleets, hospitals, and campuses depend on maintenance teams having tools worth using. REQUIREMENTS: - 1–3 years leading a BDR or SDR team at a SaaS or technology company, with documented attainment against team targets. - A repeatable BDR hiring process; ability to identify A-players consistently. - Proven ability to coach rep behavior and drive output changes, not just report metrics. - Data fluency: pull your own reports, read pipeline signals early, and coach to leading indicators. - Track record of holding Marketing and Sales ops accountable to pipeline outcomes. - Experience writing playbooks and building processes from scratch. Nice-to-haves: - Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or operations buyers. - Familiarity with CMMS or EAM software categories.
