inDrive is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for operations across up to three countries in the South Asian region. This is a senior individual contributor role supporting a fast-growing technology platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support for multi-country operations across civil, commercial, consumer, marketing/advertising, and digital law matters
- Review and advise on commercial contracts, policies, and legal documentation
- Assist in claims resolution and dispute management
- Monitor regulatory developments and prepare legal analysis to ensure the company stays ahead of changing requirements
- Ensure compliance with local laws and internal standards across all operating jurisdictions
- Support marketing and media campaigns with legal review and guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, marketing) on regional and global projects
- Serve as a trusted advisor on fintech and digital platform regulatory matters
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as in-house counsel or at a law firm supporting IT or technology companies
- Demonstrated expertise in civil, commercial, consumer, and media/advertising law
- Familiarity with fintech and digital platforms regulation (advantageous)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in English at C1–C2 level or equivalent; local language proficiency required
- Experience working in international or multi-jurisdictional environments is a plus
