Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 / annual
Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform that transforms how businesses process and understand their data. The company specializes in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features including APM, RUM, SIEM, and Kubernetes monitoring, helping customers reduce observability costs by up to 70%.
As Legal Counsel, you will support commercial, corporate, and employment-related legal matters across the organization. You will work closely with sales, procurement, finance, HR, and other business units to provide practical, risk-based legal guidance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS, technology, and commercial agreements (customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements)
- Providing legal support to multiple business functions
- Advising on corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Collaborating with management on legal strategies and business solutions
- Developing and scaling legal processes to support global expansion
- Implementing legal tech tools to improve efficiency and contract management
- Managing cross-functional projects and liaising with stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, data protection, and security regulations
The role operates on a hybrid model, requiring 3 days per week from the Dallas office (with flexibility to work from Boston or San Francisco offices as needed). The company fosters a culture of mentorship and face-to-face collaboration.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a high-tech company (law firm experience from a top-tier high-tech practice is a plus)
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills, particularly in SaaS/technology transactions
- Business-oriented mindset with ability to provide practical, risk-based legal advice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with collaborative approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
