Conveo is an AI research platform that enables fast, affordable, high-quality consumer and B2B research using AI video interviewing technology. Global brands use the platform to generate insights across marketing, product, and research teams.
You will join a scaling AI company working with Fortune 500 clients (Unilever, Google, P&G, Orange) on global contracts and high-stakes enterprise legal reviews. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of deal velocity, day-to-day legal support, AI-powered operations, operational excellence, and commercial enablement.
Your primary responsibility (~85% of time) is building and running the contract lifecycle machine end-to-end. You will handle MSAs, DPAs, order forms, amendments, and NDAs for enterprise and agency clients. You'll own redlining and negotiation with client legal teams, maintain templates so sales can self-serve on standard deals, and create a clean, trackable contract pipeline from first draft to signature. Your goal is to standardize templates so 80% of deals close without custom negotiation, build a redlining playbook so the team handles common pushbacks independently, and create a fast-track process for smaller deals.
The remaining ~15% of your time supports broader legal needs: advising internal teams on standard legal questions and risk management, reviewing and redlining incoming documents (client paper, vendor agreements, partner terms), supporting data privacy compliance (DPAs, US state privacy laws, GDPR for international clients), coordinating with external counsel on tactical questions, and contributing to new legal challenges as they arise. You'll work closely with the legal associate and operations team in the EU to build one legal machine across regions.
You are the go-to legal voice internally—pragmatic, fast, and commercial. You measure yourself on contracts closed, time from verbal commit to signature halved, deals unblocked, templates standardized, and internal team confidence in legal guidance. You don't wait to be asked; you run the machine.
Success looks like: average time from verbal commit to signed deal halved, sales having clean self-serve templates for 80%+ of standard deals, enterprise clients passing through legal review in days not months, a contract pipeline with full visibility, internal stakeholders saying legal is now the accelerator not the bottleneck, and the legal function scaling with the company without fire drills or surprises.
The company operates with a culture built on taste, speed, ownership, and ambition. You'll have direct exposure to founders and senior leadership, work with world-class enterprise clients, and help define how AI-powered research becomes the global default. Hybrid working model with offices in London, Antwerp, and New York.
