Keyper, a top-20 UAE startup in property and financial technology, is seeking a Leasing Team Lead to drive leasing strategy and operations across their portfolio. You will develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with business objectives, set and monitor KPIs to optimize occupancy and revenue, and identify market opportunities to inform pricing and expansion plans.
You will lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture centered on accountability, growth, and collaboration. You'll establish clear performance metrics and career development plans, providing ongoing coaching to drive individual and collective targets.
Key operational responsibilities include overseeing the full leasing lifecycle—from property onboarding and pricing strategy through tenant acquisition and renewals. You will drive adoption of Keyper's RNPL and digital payment solutions within the leasing function, developing strategies to enhance efficiency, occupancy rates, and client satisfaction.
You'll build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key ecosystem partners, collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and product teams on growth initiatives. You will analyze leasing performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategy, ensure RERA and local real estate regulatory compliance, and champion digital/PropTech solutions across the team.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in leasing or real estate operations
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record managing leasing performance and driving business growth
- Strong people management and coaching experience
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to and champion digital solutions (PropTech/FinTech exposure preferred)
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
