Gruve is an innovative software services startup transforming enterprises into AI powerhouses, specializing in cybersecurity, customer experience, cloud infrastructure, and advanced technologies like Large Language Models. The Customer Experience business is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools. A key aspect of this role is providing technical leadership—you'll lead the technical work of assigned engineers, including task breakdown, code review, and hands-on guidance. You will build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools, and create efficient data architectures with custom objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, and automation.
Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues within the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal system performance, collaborating with project teams to gather requirements and estimate effort, owning unit testing and test coverage for your workstream, and maintaining technical documentation for developed features and integrations.
You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, contributing to the growth of a rapidly evolving organization.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Salesforce projects
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and API interfaces
- Experience designing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Cloud)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative features such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge of data migration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex requirements and provide innovative solutions
- Automotive industry project experience
