Dragos is the global leader in xOT (extended Operational Technology) cybersecurity, protecting critical infrastructure systems—water, power, hospitals—that are under constant attack. The company combines technology, threat intelligence, and expert services to safeguard the systems civilization depends on.
The Revenue Operations team's mission is to provide the go-to-market organization with systems it can trust: fast to use, accurate by default, and built to scale. The Business Systems team owns the platforms that carry a deal from first touch to booked order.
You will join as a hands-on Business Systems Engineer building in the lead-to-order stack: marketing automation, sales engagement, CRM, quoting and deal management, contracting and e-signature, and handoff into ERP and billing. You will know the target architecture cold and build inside it rather than around it. Your week ends with something in production, not a diagram.
Key responsibilities include:
• Master the lead-to-order architecture better than anyone—data models, integration patterns, automation, and security model—and build within it rather than around it.
• Design and build complex applications and solutions on Salesforce and connected platforms, using declarative automation, Apex and Lightning components where warranted, and supporting data models.
• Take on critical technical debt: untangle brittle automation, consolidate redundant objects and fields, and replace workarounds with maintainable designs.
• Serve as technical lead on cross-functional systems projects—requirements, testing, and cutover—including platform migrations and new tool rollouts.
• Build and maintain integrations and APIs that move data between marketing, sales, contracting, and finance systems, keeping them observable, tested, and documented.
Dragos operates as a remote-first, mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC, built on authenticity, transparency, and trust.
Requirements: The posting does not explicitly state years of experience or formal education requirements in the provided excerpt. However, the role emphasizes deep technical expertise in Salesforce (declarative and programmatic), integration architecture, and complex systems design. Experience with lead-to-order business processes, CRM platforms, and cross-system data integration is expected.
