Train new and existing BHCMs on Cerula's protocols, assessments, and evidence-based interventions. Review sessions and audit clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Track team KPIs such as documentation timeliness and patient outcomes to identify trends and drive improvement. Participate in performance evaluations and development plans in partnership with clinical leadership.
