Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 / annual
K Health, an AI-powered virtual care platform backed by $443.5M in funding, is seeking an IT Engineer to manage and support its IT infrastructure in the New York office. This hybrid role requires in-office presence four days per week.
You will administer and maintain critical enterprise technologies including Microsoft Intune for mobile device management and Windows security, Okta for identity and access management, Google Workspace for productivity applications, Jamf for Apple device management, Slack for team communication, and Meraki/WebEx for network and video conferencing infrastructure. Your responsibilities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing and maintaining security protocols to protect company data, providing technical support to staff, collaborating with departments to understand IT needs, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of IT processes and systems. You will also be expected to provide off-hours support on a rotating basis as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar IT support role, supporting an international organization of 100+ employees
- Strong understanding of network and system security principles
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong dedication to customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Experience working with automation
- Proficiency with Intune, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Slack
- Ability to provide off-hours support on rotation or as needed
