The company emphasizes a collaborative, tight-knit team culture with plenty of focus time. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years of experience in iOS development or related roles (full-stack experience working across clients and backend systems is a plus) - Expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and iOS frameworks - Track record of shipping high-quality, delightful mobile experiences - Demonstrated ability to work independently, leading technical direction with limited guidance, managing priorities across multiple projects, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience in 0-to-1 environments (early-stage or new-product work) - Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to mentor and support other engineers - Fluency with AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and a point of view on how they change the way teams build software - Strong product instincts—care about end-user experience and ability to make good tradeoffs between speed and reliability
