Robotiq develops practical automation solutions—from robotic cells to grippers and physical AI components—designed to be easy to deploy, adapt, and scale. The company is seeking an embedded electronics engineer to actively participate in the full product development cycle for mechatronic systems, from ideation through production.
In this role, you will contribute to technical decisions and help develop the next generation of physical AI components, including intelligent gripping systems and high-frequency tactile sensors (1000 Hz). You will work across all phases of product development: establishing technical requirements, brainstorming, creating analog/digital schematics, routing complex PCBs and selecting components, communicating with suppliers for prototyping, programming embedded software for prototypes, testing and debugging to validate functionality, developing technical documentation and test reports, and participating in production rollout.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams spanning mechanical engineering, software, and production. The role offers the opportunity to directly influence Robotiq's market reputation through innovative, well-adapted product design and continuous improvement of existing solutions.
Robotiq's culture emphasizes team collaboration, transparent communication, expertise sharing, and a strong collaborative spirit. The company offers hybrid and flexible work arrangements, up to 5 weeks of vacation, group insurance, a worker-shareholder cooperative structure, a modern collaborative workspace with on-site gym and recreational facilities, and cultural and sports activities.
