Exotec is a French industrial robotics unicorn that combines AI and hardware to revolutionize how enterprises deliver products and improve working conditions. The company operates globally with over 1,300 employees across multiple sites. You will join a 7-person IT team reporting to the Digital Workplace Manager, taking ownership of two complementary dimensions: cloud environment administration and internal network infrastructure management. You will ensure availability, performance, and security of systems supporting all Exotec employees worldwide. You will be the primary technical contact for both the IT/DSI teams and Product teams regarding infrastructure needs. Key Challenges: - Rapidly master multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and internal network architecture to gain autonomy - Identify optimization opportunities and actively contribute to rationalizing and improving existing infrastructure - Proactively propose infrastructure evolution aligned with business needs rather than reactively managing constraints - Build trusted relationships across internal teams to anticipate and address their needs Primary Responsibilities: 1. Analyze existing environments, propose optimization paths (cost, performance, resilience), and actively implement improvements with the team 2. Support development teams in deploying applications on Kubernetes, bridging application needs with infrastructure constraints 3. Ensure operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Azure and AWS infrastructures; guarantee their daily availability and performance 4. Pilot installation and operational maintenance of network infrastructure across all Exotec sites; manage interconnection hardware (routers, switches, Huawei/Unifi Wi-Fi access points) and ensure connection quality and continuity 5. Apply and evolve security best practices across the infrastructure: configuration hardening, privileged access management, and risk vector vigilance 6. Handle infrastructure incidents and escalations with speed and quality; contribute to defining and maintaining business continuity measures (PRA/PCA) 7. Maintain up-to-date, high-quality technical documentation to ensure infrastructure clarity and facilitate IT team collaboration Requirements: - 3+ years in a similar role, ideally in a multi-cloud environment - Hands-on production experience with Azure and/or AWS infrastructure - Mastery of Azure and AWS (administration, IAM, virtual networks, monitoring) - Strong networking fundamentals: VLAN, Firewall, LAN/WAN, routing, VPN (IPSec/OpenVPN) - Strong Linux foundation - Infrastructure-as-Code / DevOps: Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, GitLab - Infrastructure security basics (hardening, access management, cloud best practices) - Autonomy and rigor in managing your scope - Technical curiosity and appetite for continuous improvement - Strong communication skills and comfort in multi-team environments - Openness to AI tools and willingness to integrate them into work practices - Fluent English (written and spoken) — international environment
