Mistral is seeking an Infrastructure Solution Architect to drive adoption and scaling of cutting-edge AI solutions across enterprise clients. You will work at the intersection of innovation and impact, empowering businesses to leverage generative AI for transformative results.
In this role, you will:
**Delivering Value to Customers**
- Execute technical discovery to understand clients' needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives
- Identify, qualify, and disqualify opportunities where Mistral solutions unlock the most value
- Influence evaluation criteria and gain control of the evaluation process
- Create strategic vision for customers based on deep understanding of their strategy, business outcomes, and required capabilities
**Product Deployment**
- Guide and support customers in deploying Mistral models and products into their infrastructure
- Work closely with customers to deploy solutions according to their specific requirements
- Liaise regularly with product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements
- Develop custom features for customers as needed
**Customer Onboarding**
- Onboard customers on Mistral products, providing guidance on deployment and integration
- Ensure optimal production setup from GPU stack through infrastructure, back-end, and front-end interfaces
**Project Management**
- Define and track success metrics for POCs rolled out at customers
- Operate as program leader, leveraging internal Mistral teams (Applied Engineers) and customer teams to drive projects forward
You will travel 30-60% of the time and spend time at client offices. Mistral partners with enterprises in finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector on customized AI systems.
**Requirements**
- Degree in relevant scientific field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent)
- Experience as DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect
- Proven experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments
- Fluent in Python
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure
- Customer-facing role experience
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data Science
- Ability to connect technology and business value
- Result-driven and resilient mindset
- Familiarity with sales qualification concepts (strong plus)
