Salary: EUR 36,000 - 50,000 / annual
Cloudflare is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Analyst to support the Infrastructure Strategy team in managing network bandwidth services and strategic partnerships. You will work within the Infrastructure team that specializes in Network Strategy, building external and internal relationships that enable Cloudflare to scale globally.
In this role, you will manage team workflows and assist in implementing Network Strategy initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage general team workflow and support Network Strategy implementation
- Create and maintain operational trackers to monitor project progress
- Prioritize resource assignments for deployment and build projects
- Review invoices in Coupa (invoice review system) and reconcile with tracking data
- Monitor and report on legal contract processing to ensure timely execution
- Ensure all Jira projects have designated owners and track completion status
- Process Purchase Requisitions and Orders
- Manage partner onboarding and maintain updated contact information
- Build capabilities to transform workflows into continuous, always-on forecasts
You will work with systems including Coupa, Ironclad, Jira, and Google Sheets. The role requires strong data organization skills, comfort with multiple vendor systems, and a problem-solving mindset.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with multiple vendor interface systems and ability to quickly learn new platforms

- Problem-solving orientation with a "get to Yes" attitude
- Proficiency with required systems: Coupa, Ironclad, Jira, Google Spreadsheets
