Magenta Medical is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead the company's IT operations across multiple sites. This is a hands-on management role combining technical expertise with strategic oversight of IT infrastructure, security, and vendor management in a regulated medical device environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, endpoints, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and core IT systems across multiple company sites
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through monitoring, maintenance, updates, backups, and endpoint protection
- Manage secure remote access solutions including VPN connectivity, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and access controls
- Oversee outsourced IT service providers (help desk, infrastructure, network support) and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights; manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and improve information security practices in collaboration with the CISO
- Support compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 27001 requirements
- Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure improvement initiatives
- Ensure consistent IT infrastructure and connectivity across all company locations
