In this Implementations role, you will lead the deployment of RetailReady's software across customer warehouses and tech stacks for brands and third-party logistics (3PLs). You'll travel to customer locations for approximately 50% of the month, working directly with warehouse teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption. You'll collaborate closely with the engineering team to conduct quality assurance on new features and provide on-site insights that directly influence the product roadmap.
The role offers significant impact: you'll enable major retailers like Walmart to restock critical products, help emerging health & beauty brands reach Target shelves, and empower warehouse workers with cutting-edge technology. RetailReady's team brings operational, product, and engineering expertise from companies like Stord (a supply chain unicorn), Microsoft, and Manhattan Associates.
