CertifyOS is building data infrastructure for modern healthcare by automating provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring through an API-first platform that connects to hundreds of primary data sources.
As Implementation Leader, you will oversee the implementation and onboarding process for new and expanding client partners. You'll manage multiple simultaneous implementations, work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) and external stakeholders, and ensure a seamless client journey from contract execution through go-live.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading implementation and onboarding across all CertifyOS products and services for multiple clients simultaneously
- Supporting clients through standard implementation tasks and platform training
- Developing deep expertise in provider licensing, credentialing, and provider data management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain excellent client experience
- Managing detailed project execution with strong organizational oversight
You will be a pivotal member of the team, instrumental in setting clients up for success and maintaining the quality of the client journey.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience overall
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams both internally and externally
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of provider licensing, credentialing, and provider data management
- Proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
