Qover is a leading insurtech scale-up that has raised $100 million, protecting 15M+ users across 32 European countries. The company partners with global brands like Revolut, Mastercard, BMW, and Monzo to deliver embedded insurance solutions through a B2B2C model.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the technical cornerstone for Qover's most complex business partners, guiding them from contract signing through successful go-live and initial hypercare. You will own the end-to-end technical implementation lifecycle, working directly with partners' technical teams (developers, architects, IT) to execute seamless integrations of Qover's product and APIs within their complex environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical implementation for complex business partners, from post-sales handover through setup, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare
- Working directly with partners' technical teams on API consumption, data mapping, webhook setup, and leveraging Qover's abstract configuration layer
- Serving as the primary technical point of contact, proactively identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex integration issues
- Applying expert knowledge of Qover's configurable platform to set up, test, and validate partner-specific configurations
- Overseeing technical testing phases (UAT, integration testing) to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and smooth post-launch user experience
- Building strong relationships with partners' technical and project teams, managing expectations and ensuring positive implementation experiences
- Collaborating internally with project managers, configurators, business analysts, product managers, engineers, and customer success teams
- Creating and refining implementation best practices, technical guides, FAQs, and internal documentation to scale processes

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Implementation Consultant, Technical Consultant, or Integration Engineer in a B2B SaaS environment, specifically with complex API-driven products
- Exceptional technical proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, Webhooks, and modern data integration patterns
- Experience with database queries (SQL) and scripting (preferred)
- Proven project management skills with ability to lead multiple complex technical implementations simultaneously
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Meticulous problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
- Experience in FinTech or InsurTech industry (or other regulated industries with complex data/business rules) is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages (French, Dutch, German) are strong assets
- Highly organized and autonomous mindset, thriving in fast-paced, scale-up environments
