You will have the opportunity to participate in the Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP). Requirements: - Experienced ILS or supportability practitioner with demonstrated ability to build a function independently - Full understanding of the ILS lifecycle and ability to create fit-for-purpose plans, analyses, records, and deliverables that satisfy defense customers - Comfort with complex products combining electronic and electro-optical hardware, embedded software, and application software - Ability to connect reliability, maintainability, configuration, and failure data to maintenance tasks, spares, support equipment, training, and technical publications - Experience across both Australian and overseas defense projects strongly preferred - Pragmatic, organized, and credible with engineers, technicians, operators, customers, and executives - Ability to move between strategy and detail, challenge design decisions with evidence, and produce clear, controlled deliverables in a fast-moving environment - Eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance
