The company helps organizations turn employees into their strongest line of defense against cyber threats through behavioral science and data-driven learning.
The IAM (Identity & Access Management) team owns how users access the entire SoSafe product—from authentication flows to permissions and authorization. The team ensures frictionless user experiences with industry-leading security. Every user interacts with this domain before using the rest of the product, so the team prioritizes seamless, intuitive, and confidence-inspiring UX. Current objectives include enforcing strong domain boundaries for resources and migrating from self-developed solutions to integrated strategies using trusted industry IAM players.
