You will join Fever's People team as a Senior HR Business Partner, providing strategic and operational support to one of the company's most dynamic business units. This is a hands-on role working with high-performing, fast-moving teams where you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
**Performance Management:** Lead full-cycle performance reviews (semi-annual), drive calibration and consistency, support managers in translating feedback into actionable development plans, and use performance data to generate insights that drive team and business growth.
**Engagement & Culture:** Design and lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and reinforce Fever's fast-paced, mission-driven culture. Analyze engagement data to surface trends and design meaningful solutions. Champion a culture of feedback, belonging, and accountability.
**Manager Support & Team Development:** Serve as a strategic advisor to senior managers on leadership, team structure, and conflict resolution. Help leaders anticipate challenges, navigate change, and scale effectively. Promote alignment across People processes and act as a connector between business needs and People team solutions.
You'll work in a modern Madrid office with a hybrid work model supporting flexibility and balance. The role offers exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative, international environment with significant room for growth within a global People team.
**Requirements:**
- 7+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a senior People role, ideally in scaleups, tech environments, or high-performance teams
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level or above)
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset and data-first approach to decision-making
- Proven experience working directly with senior leadership and influencing at all levels
- Comfortable operating in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and high expectations
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, sensitive, and high-stakes situations with discretion and sound judgment
- Strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with a bias for action—anticipate needs, solve problems early, and own outcomes
