Turing is building the bridge between frontier AI research and enterprise deployment. The company works with leading AI labs to generate high-quality datasets and benchmarks, and partners with Fortune 500 enterprises across financial services, life sciences, healthcare, retail, automotive, and CPG to deploy agentic AI systems in mission-critical workflows.
You will lead the Turing Enterprise AI Platform technical team, taking ownership of a platform that shipped its SDK in late 2025 and control plane in early 2026. Your mission is to harden the platform for first tenants in Q1 2027 and build the team into a platform organization of 8–10 engineers.
In your first 90 days, you will publish a hardening backlog with clear exit criteria and ensure four Q4 engineers are hired or in offer stage. For Q1 2027, you will release the control plane as a no-fee trial to first tenants and ensure tenant onboarding completes in under four weeks. Over your first year, you will deliver a model-agnostic, multi-tenant control plane with an agent builder, model gateway, evaluations, FinOps, observability, guardrails, RBAC, and connectors—deployable in client cloud and sovereign environments. You will also secure at least one client use case with a measured evaluation and a trained model beating frontier baselines.
You will work closely with the President and Chief AI Architect (who owns client-facing architecture and the evaluation agenda), conducting weekly roadmap reviews and utilizing engagement leads as the voice of the client. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will set the seams between your platform team and the broader organization.
Turing values being client-first, moving at startup speed, and staying AI-forward. The company is headquartered in San Francisco and works at the frontier of AI innovation while bringing that innovation to real enterprise problems.
