Salary: USD 210,000 - 225,000 / annual

As Head of Engineering, you will lead the engineering department while fostering intentional collaboration across the company. You are a player-coach with deep technical expertise who empowers engineers to take on big challenges and ensures their wins are celebrated. You lead with emotional intelligence, build psychological safety, and create an environment of trust, ownership, and explicit communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the engineering department and own systems and guardrails that support shipping quickly and confidently
- Identify opportunities to boost efficiency, streamline workflows, and bring forward smart solutions
- Stay close to the work: dive into the code and maintain a clear view of every workstream
- Set meaningful metrics and goals that drive productivity and measurable impact
- Maintain consistency with 1:1s and team rituals while guiding the team through high-impact decisions and new opportunities
- Partner closely with Product to deliver value
- Provide constructive, respectful feedback and welcome feedback with genuine curiosity
