revel8 is a cybersecurity training platform using hyper-realistic simulations and AI-driven multi-channel attacks to build organizational resilience. The company is shifting to a partner-first go-to-market model and seeks a Head of Channel & Partnerships to build and scale this function from its current one-person operation into a state-of-the-art program.
In this role, you will own the complete channel and partnerships function, reporting to founders. Your responsibilities include:
• Design and implement a systematic, scalable channel program covering partner strategy, tiering, onboarding, and enablement
• Identify, recruit, and manage resellers, MSSPs, system integrators, and technology partners, expanding from DACH into Europe and the US
• Enable and coach partners to execute effectively, share best practices across the portfolio, and maintain accountability
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular visits, partner days, and executive engagement
• Establish partner communications cadence, channels, and events (updates, enablement sessions, conferences, summits)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to create partner content, collateral, and campaigns
• Track partner-led pipeline and revenue, report progress to founders, and represent the program externally
You will work from revel8's Munich office (Stiglmaierplatz) with flexibility as needed, and travel regularly across Europe for partner engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Several years of experience building or scaling channel and partnerships programs, ideally in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
• Background in security awareness, GRC, or adjacent cybersecurity category; deep understanding of customer challenges and partner language
• Strong, referenceable reputation in the cybersecurity channel with established relationships among partners, resellers, and MSSPs
• Proven track record of independently owning and building channel programs end-to-end (not just contributing operationally)
• Deep understanding of partner and ecosystem economics: how distributors create value, what drives prioritization, and how partner-led services revenue scales distribution
• Solid sales and discovery skills; ability to coach partners through prospecting, discovery, and deal management
• Sharp commercial judgment to identify high-probability opportunities and walk away from low-probability deals
• Builder mindset: energized by transforming early-stage functions into structured, scalable programs with real ownership in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable with regular travel across Europe for partner visits and events
• Business-proficient English fluency
BONUS:
• Existing network of resellers, MSSPs, or system integrators in DACH, Europe, or US
• Experience building a channel program from scratch at seed- or early-stage startup
• Additional European language skills
