Stampli is seeking a Head of AI-Native Engineering at the Senior Director level—a technology and innovation leader to identify, build, and scale the next generation of AI-driven capabilities across the software development lifecycle.
This is a high-impact builder role, not a traditional R&D management position. You will challenge the status quo, identify opportunities before they become obvious, and drive meaningful technological and organizational transformation. Working directly with the VP of R&D, you will have a broad mandate and strong organizational backing to experiment, build new capabilities from the ground up, and rethink how software gets built at Stampli.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Moving from ideas to execution, proving what works, and scaling successful approaches across the R&D organization
- Building and leading a team responsible for developing tools, infrastructure, workflows, and organizational capabilities
- Making AI-native software development a scalable and measurable reality at Stampli
- Driving innovation in the company's engineering practices and processes
- Collaborating closely with R&D leadership on strategic initiatives
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with organizational vision, requiring someone who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels.
