Grace Hill is seeking a GTM Engineer to join the Revenue Operations team in an inaugural role that bridges engineering, data, and go-to-market strategy. This is a hands-on position focused on designing, building, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions that address operational challenges for Grace Hill's revenue engine, which serves the multifamily and commercial real estate markets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build GTM automation and workflows, owning systems integrations across the marketing, sales, and customer success tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, engagement, data enrichment, and service platforms) to eliminate manual work for revenue teams.
• Create on-demand visibility into product usage, account health, and expansion signals for Sales and Customer Success, replacing static snapshots with live, actionable triggers.
• Design and automate handoff processes between Marketing-Sales, Sales-Customer Success, and Sales-Support Services to preserve context during transitions.
• Build and maintain dynamic account scoring and whitespace mapping to help account executives prioritize expansion opportunities within their book of business.
• Leverage AI/LLM tooling to build automation and enrichment workflows that improve speed-to-action on sales leads from Marketing or Customer Success.
• Maintain data hygiene and system architecture across the GTM stack, ensuring clean handoffs throughout the revenue pipeline.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations and automations, serving as first-line technical support.
• Document and share technical workflows so RevOps and GTM teams can understand, adopt, and build upon them.
• Develop a governance layer for AI use across GTM in partnership with the VP of RevOps.
The ideal candidate thinks like an engineer but is fluent in GTM process language, and can adapt as priorities shift. This role reports to the Vice President of Revenue Operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
• Strong background working with automation, APIs, and backend integrations
• Experience using AI/LLM APIs to design, build, implement, and maintain automations, workflows, or agent systems, with desire to apply them to real business processes in a zero-to-one environment
• Familiarity with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Zoominfo, ChurnZero, CPQ, Slack) and connecting them through well-structured, testable, maintainable code
• Working proficiency in at least one scripting language (TypeScript, Python, JavaScript) and comfort writing/reading SQL
• Strong problem scoping and solving mindset with ability to translate imperfect data or scattered systems into polished, reliable, maintainable solutions
• Ability to work cross-functionally and turn ambiguous business problems into high-impact shipped technical solutions
• Genuine interest in and curiosity about evolving AI capabilities and how they apply to GTM optimization, with proactive approach to ongoing learning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in remote/asynchronous environments
Preferred:
• Background in full-stack software engineering or systems development
• Background in RevOps, Sales Engineering, or technical role supporting revenue teams at B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with enrichment/orchestration platforms (Clay or comparable)
• Experience working in B2B vertical SaaS market, especially commercial real estate or proptech
