Pigment is an AI-powered business planning and performance management platform serving enterprise clients like Unilever, Snowflake, and Siemens. Founded in 2019, the company has raised nearly $400M and was named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Financial Planning Software.
The GTM Engineering team builds AI-first products and systems that enable Pigment's Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to operate with greater speed and leverage. The mandate combines two core objectives: enabling GTM teams with automations and AI-powered applications that drive efficiency, and directly generating pipeline through AI-powered automated outbound motions across North America.
As a GTM Engineer, you will design, build, and scale AI-first GTM systems while contributing directly to pipeline generation. This hybrid role splits responsibilities between applied AI development (70%) and pipeline ownership with outbound experimentation (30%).
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and ship AI-powered GTM systems, turning proven workflows into scalable automation, including internal tools and AI agents for expansion insights, deal intelligence, AE-to-CS handoffs, and GTM copilots
- Own GTM automation as a product from discovery through adoption, measuring and optimizing impact on GTM efficiency, automation ROI, and pipeline influence
- Own automated outbound motions for the North American market, building and optimizing trigger-based campaigns, micro-campaigns, and pre-event motions
- Run experiments with Sales Managers and Sales Reps to test targeting, messaging, and automation strategies; scale winning plays into repeatable GTM programs
- Operate at the intersection of builder, operator, and PM, turning manual GTM best practices into scalable, repeatable systems
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in Growth, GTM Ops, RevOps, or Automation roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of Sales and Outbound tactics
- Strong hands-on experience with GTM tools (n8n, Clay, Salesforce, etc.)
- Practical experience using LLMs and AI workflows (prompting, agents, human-in-the-loop systems)
- Builder mindset with focus on shipping, iterating, and improving systems end-to-end
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams and bring clarity to complex problems
