Multiverse is Europe's first EdTech double unicorn, recently raising $70M in strategic funding at a $2.1B valuation. The company partners with 1,500+ organizations to deliver AI and tech upskilling apprenticeships, with learners driving $2B+ ROI for employers. As a GTM Engineer, you will own the design, build, and deployment of AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual go-to-market work. Your responsibilities include: - Building AI workflow automation across the GTM stack: lead research, CRM enrichment, call analysis, personalized outreach, and lifecycle automation. Own end-to-end builds from problem definition through deployment, monitoring, and iteration. - Bridging system gaps by creating webhooks, middleware, scripts, and integrations that connect tools without native connectors, keeping data flowing cleanly between Salesforce and the broader tech stack. - Solving cross-functional integration challenges across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Data, and Finance to transform complex processes into reliable automated systems. - Prototyping, testing, and scaling new ideas: measure what works and scale winning versions, prioritizing working prototypes over perfect specifications. - Building with AI as the default: use LLMs, agentic workflows, MCP builds, and evals as everyday tools, asking "how would AI do this?" before considering headcount or manual effort. - Owning reliability: treat your builds as production systems with proper instrumentation, monitoring, graceful failure handling, and risk reduction across the GTM tech stack. - Evaluating and recommending new tools through structured pilots, assessing capability, integration fit, reliability, and ROI to make clear build-versus-buy decisions. - Setting standards by documenting your work, enabling GTM teams to adopt it confidently, and mentoring others in building with AI and automation. You will work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in London office) with flexibility to work from anywhere up to 10 days per year. The role operates under Multiverse's principles: solve for customer value, take ownership as a driver not passenger, be decisive in ambiguity, and use AI to deliver outcomes. REQUIREMENTS: - Significant hands-on experience in RevOps, GTM Systems, or Sales Operations within enterprise technology, ideally in structured qualification environments such as MEDDPICC. You understand the full GTM engine and know what good looks like when revenue depends on your systems. - Solid data and systems fundamentals: understanding of CRM data models, object relationships, data quality, and reporting architecture. You design builds that keep data clean and trustworthy at scale. - Proven track record building for internal GTM teams: your strongest work is systems and workflows used daily by sales, marketing, or CS teams, not just side projects or customer-facing pre-sales work. - Builder's mindset: you have built things, not just configured them. You can point to workflows, automations, integrations, or tools you shipped that moved real metrics, ideally things nobody explicitly asked you to build. - Fast learner on systems: you pick up unfamiliar platforms quickly, read API documentation comfortably, handle authentication and rate limits, and parse JSON when native connectors don't exist. - Fluency with AI as a build material: hands-on experience using LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design, and evals to build production-ready systems, not just end-user experimentation. - Comfort across low-code and code: you build with whatever fits the problem, from orchestration tools and Salesforce Flows through to Python, JavaScript, SOQL, or SQL scripting. - Cross-functional range: you can interview top reps to identify manual work that shouldn't exist, translate business problems into technical builds, and explain results in plain language. - Bias to ship balanced with judgment: you move fast and decisively, building maintainable solutions rather than sticky-plaster fixes. - Deep CRM knowledge: strong hands-on Salesforce experience or deep expertise in a comparable enterprise CRM. Certifications welcome but experience matters more. Beneficial but not required: experience with GTM third-party tools (Gong, LeanData, Lusha, Cognism, Clay, Floqer, Zapier, Tableau, Snowflake, Guru, or equivalents); evidence of AI experimentation beyond day job such as side projects or personal builds.
