Salary: USD 110,000 - 165,000 / annual

As a Global Supply Manager on the Global Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for building and managing the supply base supporting Waabi's AI-first approach to autonomous transportation at scale. Your key responsibilities include:
**Supply Category Strategy**: Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for indirect categories including IT hardware, SaaS, Operations, Professional Services, and Facilities.
**Stakeholder Management**: Build strong relationships with internal customers to understand requirements and align procurement strategies with business goals.
**Strategic Sourcing**: Lead the full RFx process (RFP, RFQ, RFI), including market research, supplier identification, bid analysis, and final supplier selection.
**Contract Negotiation**: Partner with Legal and Finance to negotiate complex Professional Service Agreements (PSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
**Contract Lifecycle Management**: Maintain and optimize CLM data integrity, tracking, and compliance to ensure seamless indirect supply chain operations and vendor governance.
**Supplier Relationship Management**: Manage the lifecycle of key indirect suppliers, conducting regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to monitor performance, innovation, and risk.
**Cost Management**: Drive year-over-year bottom-line savings through competitive bidding, demand management, and process improvements.
**Process Optimization**: Implement and refine Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes to reduce friction in company spending on non-production items. Develop and maintain budgets across multiple indirect categories. Identify and implement process improvements and documentation. Track open supply chain issues and drive each to closure.
You will be part of a diverse, innovative, and collaborative team working to transform autonomous transportation. Travel up to 25% of the time to Waabi locations is required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business (Supply Chain/Finance/Management) or Engineering
- 4+ years of Supply Chain experience
- Background in supplier relationship management
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly Google Suite)
- Expertise in Source-to-Pay processes
- Open-minded and collaborative team player with willingness to help others
- Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions
**Bonus/Nice to Have**:
- Experience in the Autonomous or Electric Vehicle Industry
- MBA or JD
