As Global Pricing Specialist, you will lead the listing-based pricing rollout across markets, diagnosing what works, proposing fixes, and rolling out to new countries with clear targets and weekly cadence. You will own the ARPU (average revenue per user) target for your segment and drive pricing strategy across the marketplace.
Key responsibilities include:
- Move ARPU targets through specific pricing moves: tighter discount discipline, package mix shifts, and price resets by market
- Identify and diagnose pricing anomalies quickly
- Spot pricing opportunities across the marketplace that others are missing and build the business case
- Own pricing recommendations to GTM leadership, proposing moves, defending trade-offs with data, and turning decisions into rollout plans
- Drive alignment across sales, local commercial, and global teams on contested pricing decisions without formal authority
- Generate optimization hypotheses grounded in data
- Design and run behavioral experiments to validate pricing moves before scaling
- Adjust budget assumptions as you learn from market feedback
- Maintain country price lists in internal systems
The role is fully remote within Brazil, though you'll work with global teams across multiple time zones.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in pricing, ideally in SaaS or marketplace environments
- Direct experience working with GTM or sales leaders on pricing decisions
- Strong analytical skills; you back conclusions with numbers
- Comfort with ambiguity; you know when to stop analyzing and start testing
- Ability to explain complex numbers simply
- SQL proficiency sufficient to pull your own data
- Strong Google Sheets skills
- Professional English, comfortable in meetings and writing (B2 or above)
- Degree in economics, math, business, or similar field
- Must already have legal right to work in Brazil (no visa sponsorship available)
