Cyera is seeking a Global Expansion Project Manager to drive structure and momentum across the company's FedRAMP certification program and international market expansion initiatives. You will sit within the GTM PMO, partnering closely with the Federal leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders to manage complex, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will serve as the primary project manager for FedRAMP workstreams and global expansion projects. You'll manage timelines, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple initiatives, flagging risks and slipped milestones early to enable leadership decision-making. You will attend meetings and working sessions, document detailed notes and minutes, and distribute decisions, action items, and next steps to relevant stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project timelines, dependencies, and deadlines across FedRAMP and expansion workstreams
- Identifying key stakeholders for each global expansion market and consolidating regular updates into clear status reports for leadership
- Following up consistently with owners across teams to keep deliverables on track
- Supporting teams coordinating with government entities by managing requests, documentation, and handoffs
- Establishing and maintaining consistent project management processes, templates, and tools (such as Asana) to provide real-time visibility into project status
- Supporting adjacent initiatives as the program grows, including FedRAMP offsite planning and other work beyond traditional project management scope
